‘Great to see how our curiosity driven science fits into the bigger picture of working towards smaller and smarter electronics’
ARCNL PhD student Guido de Haan after visiting semiconductor equipment manufacturer ASML for an Introduction day. A group of 17 ARCNL researchers met with counterparts from ASML Research and worked on a challenging research case. The participants were excited to see how their own projects fit into the overarching goal of improving key technologies in nanolithography.
