PhD defense Yu Zhang

On Thursday, April 11th ARCNL PhD student Yu Zhang successfully defended her thesis ‘Organotin Photoresists for Extreme Ultraviolet Lithography’ at the University of Amsterdam.

Zhang did her doctoral research in the Nanophotochemistry group of promotor professor Fred Brouwer. She is the second PhD student at ARCNL to leave with a doctoral degree after four years of research at ARCNL.
