ARCNL Working Conditions Survey 2020

In a well-attended Zoom-session for all employees of ARCNL, Pim Stalenhoef from the company MonitorGroep presented the results of the Working Conditions Survey that his company conducted in May among all ARCNL personnel. We are happy to report that over the full range of investigated subjects, ARCNL presents an excellent score. This high level of appreciation by the ARCNL work force is manifest with respect to other Dutch employers and even with respect to other research institutes. In addition to taking pride in these extremely good results, ARCNL pays full attention to the suggestions made in the report for improvement, which will be further analyzed and converted into action.
