Mengqi Du PhD defense

On June 9th Mengqi Du successfully defended her thesis ‘Computational Depth-resolved Imaging and Metrology’ at the Vrije Universiteit. Du did her doctoral research in the EUV Generation & Imaging group with Stefan Witte and Kjeld Eikema as promotors.

In her thesis, Du explores the benefits of computational imaging methods in the direction of depth-resolved imaging and rough surface characterization using visible and near-infrared light.
