ARCNL opens its doors to everybody with an interest in science. Expect an afternoon full of fun workshops, interesting lectures and fascinating demonstrations! 

Activities include: 

• Testing the grip of your shoes while learning about friction forces 

• Building your own light splitter to see all the colors of the rainbow 

• Using microscopes and infrared cameras to see the invisible 

• Learning about the world of computer chip machines during special lectures 

• Touring the labs to see where the magic happens
