Francesco Corazza
CV / Biography
Francesco Corazza received his Master of Science degree in Engineering Physics in December 2022 from Politecnico di Milano. The research project of his Master’s Thesis was focused on Ultrafast Extreme-UV Transient Absorption Spectroscopy in semiconductor materials, especially on Silicon.
Francesco moved to the Netherlands in early 2023, where he started as a PhD student in the group of Peter Kraus at ARCNL. His research topics belong to the metrology field, with the aim of developing an integrated technique for simultaneously extracting information about sample morphology and its electronic properties.
