HCI-21 Conference registration is open until Sep 1, 15:00h CET.

The registration fees are

• regular fee registration, July 1, 2024 until September 1, 2024 (15:00h CET)
  € 650 – regular participant
  € 425 – student

The conference fee includes:

• Full access to all the conference content on-site
• All coffee breaks and lunches during the conference, September 2-6, 2024
• Welcome reception on Sunday, September 1 at Hotel Zuiderduin
• Conference outing on Wednesday, September 4 to Amsterdam
• Conference dinner on Thursday, September 5 at beach restaurant Nautilus aan Zee
• Access to abstract submission

The conference registration fees do not include accommodation and airport transfer and are not refundable in case of any late (after July 1, 2024) cancellation or non-attendance.

The payment of your conference fee can be done by:

• iDEAL (Dutch banks only)
• Credit Card (Mastercard and VISA) and PayPal (-American Express).
• Bank transfer

After registration you will receive the following:

• a confirmation e-mail of registration;
• an invoice with your payment details from Delft Congress Support.

Special notice:
In accordance with current European sanctions, HCI-21 cannot accept any payment of registration fees from Russian or Belarusian institutions paid on behalf of researchers based at or affiliated with them.
