Physics of Highly Charged Ions

Submitted papers should be based on conference presentations and expanded to the size of a research/review article.

While there is no maximum length, we recommend a minimum of approximately 4000 words.

Please note that the three paper types possible for this special issue are Article, Review, and Communication (limited number).
