Special Farewell Symposium for Stefan Witte
On February 26th, 2025, ARCNL and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam will organize a farewell symposium on the occasion of the departure of ARCNL/VU group leader Dr. Stefan Witte who accepted a new position as full professor at Delft University of Technology. At TU Delft, Stefan will take up the position of professor of Optics for Nanoscale Metrology, in the Imaging Physics department of the faculty of applied sciences. In this role, he will continue and expand research on new optical imaging technology for visualizing three-dimensional structures at small scales, as started at ARCNL.
This special symposium will commemorate the research contributions of Stefan with various speakers from the past, present, and future.

Symposium venue
The symposium will be held at the WCW/CWI auditorium (Science Park 123, Amsterdam) with the reception taking place at ARCNL (Science Park 106) between 1630-1800 following the symposium.
